End of Support for PN Series Systems親愛的客戶您好：
我們在此通知您，EUROLASER 將於 2025 年 9 月 2 日正式公告，對仍在使用 PN 系列雷射切割機的客戶，停止提供部分零件與服務支援。
Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you that on 02 September 2025, EUROLASER will officially announce the discontinuation of support for customers still operating PN series systems.
主要原因 / Reasons for This Decision
- 過去兩年 原生產廠零件供應有限
Limited availability of spare parts over the past two years - 未來僅能提供 經測試的二手零件
Only tested used components will be provided - 原廠技術人員 已不再接受 PN 系列訓練
Technicians are no longer trained on PN systems - 對 PN 系列的 技術支援僅能非常有限地提供
Technical support can only be offered to a very limited extent - 不再提供 PN 系列的任何培訓課程
No further training will be available for PN systems
升級建議 / Recommended Upgrade
為確保您的生產線穩定與長期可維護性，我們強烈建議您考慮升級至 G3 / S3 系列系統，以持續享有完整的技術支援與零件供應。To ensure long-term reliability and serviceability, we highly recommend upgrading to the latest G3 / S3 series systems for continued full technical support and spare parts availability.
